Welcome To The Wolverhampton Branch Of Alzheimer's Society.

This site is designed and constructed for the benefit of those seeking information and practical help to deal with the caring of people diagnosed as having Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of Dementia.

With our connections to other organisations through our Regional Office, National Office and Local Agencies, we aim to improve and provide the support needed by Carers in their own homes now known as Care In The Community.

To deal with these modern practices requires some understanding which is not easily or readily accepted by those people affected by the consequences of new ideas.   Although Alzheimer's Disease is not confined to age groups it is obvious that the major group will be in their later years. This inevitably leads to difficulties when having to deal with real situations.
